Welcome to Bradford Elementary!
Every year is an exciting time when coming back to school. Learning to work together as a team for the whole child. This takes not just each and every child but those that also help to nurture, teach and care for the child, teachers, parents and community. The goal at Bradford is that all students' unique and wonderful differences are spotlighted and nurtured to grow to form our future. These areas will be focused on again through the 5 R’s for a well Rounded Railroader: Respect, Responsible, Ready to learn, Resilience and Railroader Empowered. The district mission statement is: Keep students at the center of all decisions. Gain the support of students, parents, educators, and citizens of the community. Provide a safe, high quality learning environment. Develop productive, responsible citizens who reach their full potential. The goal areas for this year help achieve our mission: To learn and teach to approach mental health and behaviors is a restorative not punitive approach to become productive citizens. A second goal is to dive into data for each individual student to find ways to reach their fullest potential. Lastly, as always a goal of our school is to gain support and partnership with the community. This will be developed through partnerships with the libraries and a new program Lifewise run by members of local churches and as always just your constant support.
