Elementary Intervention Specialist
TO: All Bradford Exempted Village School District locations and outside locations as designated by the Superintendent.

Position: Intervention Specialist

Location: BRADFORD EXEMPTED VILLAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT

Description: Seeking enthusiastic and engaging applicants who are willing to work in a team environment and who will service and take care of students on IEPs in an elementary classroom setting

Essential Functions (Partial List)
  • Teaches reading, science, math and social studies to special education students in a resource room setting 
  • Collaborates and works with classroom teachers in an inclusion setting 
  • Effectively communicates with teachers, parents, and administrators to facilitate the IEP process. 
  • Accurately and efficiently maintains Individual Educational Programs (IEP’s) and student’s files, including managing caseloads and meeting deadlines 
  • Remains current on rules and regulations set forth in special education. 
  • Participates in school-wide programs and activities. Qualifications (Partial List) 
  • Valid Ohio Special Education license 
  • Must pass criminal background checks and pre-employment drug screening. 
  • Collaboration and problem-solving skills. 
  • Understand the IEP procedures and policies 
  • Familiarity with the elementary content standards 

SALARY: According to the approved teacher salary schedule.

Job Title:        Principal for grades Beginninggarten through fifth grades


Building/Campus:    Bradford Exempted Village School District, Bradford Ohio


Timeline:        Posting closes June 9, 2026 (or until filled), first round of interviews will be 

                                   held on June 11th and 12th 


Reports To:        Bradford EVSD Superintendent


Qualifications:        Applicants must possess a valid Ohio Principal’s license or  

                                   documentation that one will be attained


Job Description:    Bradford Exempted Village School District is searching for a positive, 

enthusiastic and driven leader to advance our students and teachers in grades BK-5.  This person should be well organized and show a passion for improving, problem solving and teaching along with effective communication skills to work alongside our staff.


Additional Info.    Bradford School District is a K-12 building housing approximately 500 

students and employing approximately 75 staff members in the 

approximate 25 square mile district.


Duty Days:        225 day contract beginning August 1, 2026 with a 

possible transition time to be arranged    


Salary:            Competitive based on experience
