July School Board Meeting

The Treasurer of the Board of Bradford Exempted Village School District, Bradford, Ohio, pursuant to ORC 121.22, is hereby giving notice that the Bradford Exempted Village School District Board of Education will meet in Regular Session at 6:30 PM, on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, located at 760 Railroad Avenue, Bradford, Ohio, in Room 404. The public is invited to join the meeting in person or watch virtually using the information on the district website at www.Bradford.k12.oh.us. Any person wishing to address the Board of Education must contact the Superintendent no later than 1 pm on Wednesday of the board meeting. The Regular Session will be followed by an Executive Session, if necessary, as provided by law.

Job Title: EMIS Coordinator Apprentice

Reports To: Superintendent

Qualifications: Background in EMIS and data entry experience preferred

Job Description: Bradford Exempted Village School District is searching for a positive,

enthusiastic and driven leader to take gradual responsibility for the Bradford District’s EMIS reporting. This part time apprentice will receive training under the proper discipline in order to communicate and collaboratively record the district’s EMIS needs. The goal for this person is to continuously take additional EMIS responsibilities. This person should be well organized and show a passion for improving, problem solving and teaching/giving others tools to make our educational environment more effective.

Additional Info. Bradford School District is a K-12 building housing approximately 500

students and employing approximately 75 staff members in the

approximate 25 square mile district.

Duty Days: 184 contracted (part time) days beginning on August 1, 2024 but

additional and transition time may be awarded as needed.

Qualifications: Bradford Exempted Village School District is searching for a positive, enthusiastic and driven leader to join the district’s maintenance team. This individual will be responsible to fulfill the duties established in the adopted job description. This person should be well organized and show a passion for improving, problem solving and teaching/giving others tools to make our educational environment more effective.

¦ Experience in similar position is preferred

¦ Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

¦ Experience using hand and power tools

¦ Ability to read technical manuals and drawings

¦ Good communication skills

¦ Physical stamina and dexterity

Job description/duties:

¦ Perform cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, etc.

¦ Perform minor fixes such as repairing chairs, doors, or painting

¦ Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues

¦ Assembly of furniture and equipment

¦ Yard work such as mowing, trimming bushes, weed eating, etc.

¦ Conduct maintenance tasks such as changing light and filters
