Summer Help

Location: Bradford Exempted Village Schools

Job Title: Sub Custodian/Summer Help

Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor, Superintendent

Description: Help provide a clean and safe environment for students and staff. Perform general custodial duties, e.g. empty trash, vacuum and shampoo carpets, mop floors, wash furniture, and assist with overall cleaning of the building. Aid with grounds maintenance, e.g. mow, weed eat, mulch, trim bushes, and assist with overall upkeep of school grounds.

Skills and Abilities:  Must have ability to work with others; Organizational and problem solving skills; Flexibility in assignments; Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions; Ability to read and understand written warnings and labels; Ability to lift 40 pounds

Starting Date And Hours: June 2, 2025 to some time mid August. Hours will be daily as needed

There will be a Special Board Meeting at 6:30pm on Wednesday, April 30 in the Board Conference Room for the purposes of negotiations and possible contract approval. The Special Session will be preceded by an Executive Session as provided by law.

The Treasurer of the Board of Bradford Exempted Village School District, Bradford, Ohio, pursuant to ORC 121.22, is hereby giving notice that the Bradford Exempted Village School District Board of Education will meet in Regular Session at 6:30 PM, on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, located at 760 Railroad Avenue, Bradford, Ohio. The public is invited to join the meeting in person or watch virtually . Any person wishing to address the Board of Education must contact the Superintendent no later than 1 pm on Wednesday of the board meeting. The Regular Session will be followed by an Executive Session, if necessary, as provided by law.
